Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
    •     1–3 business days to central areas
    •     +1–2 extra days for rural or remote locations

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

5. Damages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
