- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• 1–3 business days to central areas
• +1–2 extra days for rural or remote locations

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- All charges imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
